At Verve Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-perishable equipment and merchandise. Please note that due to its perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans, but we are happy to help find a blend you'll love.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure that the item is in its original packaging and unused condition, then securely pack it to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
